For returning Albany students the housing office will send application materials to all Albany students who request them. For application materials, contact the Office of Residential Life, U-Lounge, State Quadrangle, by phone (518-442-5875), FAX 518-442-5835, online or email (reslife@uamail.albany.edu).

If you are returning for the spring semester, request your materials in early October. If you are returning for fall semester, request them in early March. Be sure to request that the applications be sent to you via Overseas Air Mail. In addition, a friend may arrange for your on-campus housing if you have provided your friend with a signed authorization to take care of this matter. A deposit of $125 payable to "SUNY Albany" must accompany the housing request that should be sent to the Office of Residential Life. The University at Albany's Office of Residential Life has indicated that they will put the housing application on their website at some point during the year.

Other SUNY and Non-SUNY returning students should check with their home campus housing office as to the proper procedure.
